Indications:
Equipoise Boldenone – E is used in medicine as a secondary aid when treating debility and when is desired weight improvement or a body enforcement.
Contra- indications:
This medicine is contraindicated in patients that suffer from hepatic dysfunction, hypercalcemia, patients with a history of myocardial infarction (can cause hypercholesterolemia), pituitary insufficiency, prostate carcinoma, in selected patients with breast carcinoma, benign prostatic hypertrophy and during the nephrotic stage of nephritis.
Anabolic agents are not indicated to be used in pregnancy and are contraindicated because of possible fetal masculinization.
Administration:
The normally indicated dose is 200-600 mg per week. The maximum dose is considered to be 600 mg per week. The injections with this medicine are painful that why it can be injected every 2 days.
Medical action:
Boldenone is a derivative of Testosterone but less androgenic than testosterone. This medicine helps to increase number of red cells in the blood. The mechanism for this effect may occur by stimulating erythropoietin stimulating factor. Self-testosterone release may be suppressed by inhibiting luteinizing hormone (LH). If administered in high doses can block spermatogenesis by negative feedback inhibition of FSH.

Side effects:
Boldenone causes a detrimental effect in testis size, sperm production and quality in males. In women, the drug caused fewer total and large follicles, smaller ovaries, increased clitoral size, shortened estrus duration, reduced pregnancy rates and severely altered sexual behavior. Has the potential to cause hepatic toxicity.
